Police place ex-N. Korean agent on int'l wanted list

TOKYO, Japan - The National Police Agency (NPA) has placed Sin Guang Su (file photo), a 73-year-old former North Korean agent suspected of abducting Tadaaki Hara in 1980, on an international wanted list. The NPA put Sin on the list on suspicion of violating Japan's passport law by illegally obtaining Hara's passport by impersonating him.
